Check-ins are done weekly for competitors in competition prep. Check-ins are done bi-weekly in all other circumstances unless a specific protocol requires more frequent adjustments.

You’ll submit structured updates (physique, metrics, biofeedback, performance), and I’ll review everything in detail to make precise adjustments to your plan. From there, I will send you a detailed video response.

This is how we keep progress consistent and eliminate guesswork.

What happens if I miss a check-in?

Consistency is everything.

If you miss a check-in, progress slows — because we lose the ability to adjust in real time.

The program is built around weekly execution, so staying on schedule is a non-negotiable standard.

In the case that no check-in is submitted at all, no video response will be issued for the week.
